Parking was tough due to renovations. Clean rooms and great location near battlefield and dining options. Enjoyed 24/7 coffee in the lobby.

it was brand-new, beautifully maintained and with comfortable bed. the location was perfect in a gorgeous area, not far from the outer banks from the perpetual winter of upstate new york and moderately priced chain restaurants. had brunch in the kickback jack's, located nearby.

The rooms here have comfortable beds and it's in a great and convenient location, just a short distance away from the center and close to restaurants and the highway.

It made my trip to Fredericksburg a very good experience. Clean, smoke-free hotel, I liked huge rooms and helpful staff. The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walk from Four Mile Treasures. Moreover, it was so close to downtown, Fredericksburg and restaurants.

Had a pretty nice time staying here. Everything about this place was awesome, and all the staff members were super friendly 😊. The room I stayed in was spotlessly clean and really spacious, plus it had a tub.

Elevators should have been operable all three nights. Both were out of order when we were trying to check out from the 5th floor. I could have done without the fire alarm going off at 1:00 am.

We stayed in a King Suite unit. It was more spacious than I was expecting and had a sofa, desk, med-size refrigerator. Good value for the price. Very comfortable. The free breakfast was great.

There was nothing that was negative about this place. I usually try to stay at a Hampton Inn because we always have a good experience.

The room was nowhere near as big as advertised. I can understand why roll-away beds aren't available, since there was barely enough room to squeeze in a single air mattress.
